A Block Party Permit grants you the authorization to temporarily close your residential street, allowing for a neighborhood block party. These gatherings are meant to foster community spirit and are open to all residents on your block, so it's encouraged to engage with your neighbors for participation.

If you're a returning applicant, simply click the application button below to reapply.

For residents looking to host their FIRST block party on their block, please submit the application below and email us a petition signed by 60% of the buildings on the block.

If you're interested in requesting a bouncy house through the city's Jumping Jack program, please note that these requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend submitting your requests promptly. The application period for the Jumping Jack Program begins on April 17, 2023, and these attractions can be requested for block parties occurring from May 27th through September 3rd.
